From the Building Detail screen, click the 'Inspections' tab inside
Click Create a New Schedule under the 'Inspection Schedules (Recurring)' section
Set the inspection date and time
TIP: It's recommended you set the inspection schedule for the first of month the inspection is due. This is because an inspection is generated, in a Pending status, 30 days prior to the start date of an inspection schedules set date. This gives you the most time possible to schedule the inspection, if needed.
Next, select the inspection frequency (Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Annual, etc).
Next, check the systems and/or assets you will be inspected for this inspection.
When done, press "Save"
>>> In this example, we setup a quarterly inspection schedule for 1 wet system and a fire pump for Acme Test Building. To add additional frequency schedules, repeat the process listed above.
>>> IMPORTANT: Recurring inspection schedules automatically create inspections with the status of "Pending" 30 days out from the set inspection date, and assign the inspection to the default technician for the building
