Begin at the Inspection Detail screen for the building you'd like to update the inspection question(s) for
Click the blue number next to # of Answers (for sprinklers and assets) or the number next to the type Fire Ext answers, Fire Alarm Answers, Clean Agent answers, etc.
>>>In this case, we are updating an answer on a sprinkler inspection
>>> You will now see a full list of the questions and answers from the inspection
Click the ID number for the question you'd like to edit
Click Edit Answer
Update the answer accordingly and click Update Answer
>>> If moving an answer from Yes to No, you will be creating a deficiency
>>> If moving an answer from No to Yes, you will be removing the deficiency flag and you will be prompted to confirm that you would like to make this change
>>> You will be redirected back to the question with the update answer. If you would like to remove or add notes, you can do so in the Notes field (Please Note: Notes are visible to customers and generate on the inspection report)
Repeat this process for all the questions you'd like to update.
Note: You will need to regenerate a final inspection report to see the updated answers. Once you have generated a new report it is recommended you delete the previous report to help keep your system up-to-date and clean.
