If a technician arrives at a building and the systems and assets inside the Inspect Point iPad app do not match the systems and assets that need to be inspected in the building, the technician must:
1) Call the office and let them know the systems and assets that need to be added and removed.
2) The back office updates the building systems and assets accordingly and lets the technician know when the systems and assets have been updated for the building.
3) The technician then pulls to refresh on the iPad, clicks the building, and confirms with the office that the correct systems and assets appear.
Note: A technician is unable to make system and asset adjustments from the field. All changes must be done in the backend, and the technician must be connected to the internet to refresh.
