To move an inspection from "Pending" to "Scheduled" for a specific technician go to the "Inspections" tab located on the left side bar.
You will now see the Inspection listings page. Find the "Filter by Technician" dropdown located above the inspection list, and choose the appropriate technician.
You will now see a full list of all the inspections assigned to the technician. There will be a variety of statuses.
From the "Filter by Status" dropdown, and select "Pending"
You will now see a list of the buildings in the "Pending" status assigned to the specific technician
You will now want to filter based on a date range. For this example, we will be looking for Pending inspections that are assigned to Padraic Doyle from 08/01/17 - 10/01/17
Click the "Select All" button above the inspection listings
You will now see blue checkmarks next to each inspection
Click "Update Status"
From the pop-up box choose 'Scheduled' followed by 'Update'.
You will now be directed back to the Inspection listing screen where your inspections will now have a 'Scheduled' status.
