Begin at the Building Detail screen, and click the Inspections tab
Click +New Inspection
Set the inspection information accordingly (date, time, frequency, tech and what is being inspected)
In the External Forms section, click Add External Form to this Visit, and selected the desired form from the drop-down
Click Add External Form to this Visit again to add additional external forms to the inspection
Click Save when done
NOTE: If a custom external form is added to an inspection, the form will automatically be added to the final report when generated.
