>>>> PLEASE NOTE: Currently, proposals can only be associated with an inspection - meaning they cannot be created at the building level, but only in relation to a specific inspection.
To get started, begin on the Inspection Detail Screen
Scroll down until you see the 'Proposed Corrections' section
Note the proposed corrections already added in the field. If quantity, or price, needs to be adjusted, click "Edit," edit accordingly, then click "Update"
To add additional line items, such as labor costs, click Add Line Item
Add the information and details for the line item. Click Save when done.
You will now see the item added to the 'Line Items' section
To take the proposal one-step further, you can add a Project Name, Scope of Work, and Proposal Notes to the proposal
Add these details in the 'Proposal Details' section and click Update when done
You are now ready to generate the proposal
On the Inspection Detail Screen, click Generate Proposal
You will now see a green success bar at the top of the screen indicating the proposal is being generated
Navigate to the proposals tab and click 'Download', or navigate to your email and click the link
You will now see a PDF version of the proposal of you created (page 2 contains the signatures)
To send the proposal from inside Inspect Point, click "Send to Contacts" next to the proposal inside the reports tab
Or download the report to your computer and attach to an email inside your email client
