The Tags field is a free-form field that allows you to add tags to buildings and inspections. Once tags are added, they can be searched on via the Buildings and Inspections tab.
Just like Territories, this is an optional field and can be used however you'd like.
If you'd like to search for buildings in a specific city - make that city a tag.
If you'd like to keep track of buildings with service contracts - make that a tag.
If you'd like to search for inspections that have a custom inspection attached to them, make the custom inspection name a tag.
Ultimately, the tags inside your instance of Inspect Point are unique to you.
